Our tailored classes foster relaxation and balance through gentle movements, reducing stress and anxiety while enhancing posture, mobility, flexibility, and strength. Embrace improved circulation and heart health in a supportive environment that connects community and creates joy for seniors. Parking FREE – We ask all members to respect these guidelines: • Parking is for members only. Please display your current member sticker ($200 Council fines may apply). • If you do not have a sticker, ask at the front desk for a temporary pass. • No parking in the front car park for shopping or quick stops. • Parking in this area is for members attending activities only, and only during the activity.
