Beneficial for all, but particularly those living with Parkinson's, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, wheelchair and mobility limitations.
- A fun movement program of dance, exercise, tai chi and yoga designed to enhance integration of body and mind & based on health science.
- Weekly 1 hour class offers the joy of moving with ease to a variety of music.
Facilitated by: Virginia Woods
Virginia is a dancer, dance-movement and creative arts therapist and psychologist, with over 35 years of experience. She has worked with people living and recovering from illnesses and injuries, including cancer, with mental health issues, and around life direction, and completed the “Dance for Parkinson's” training. She brings enthusiasm and joy to her classes, and an intention to support participants to experience joy and ease in their lives.
